Confident Boss Academy – Terms and Conditions

 

These Terms of Purchase relate to the delivery of the Confident Boss Academy course. Please read them carefully as they set out your rights and the details of how the course will be delivered to you.

We (Jasmin Manke LLC) are a global company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates. In order to ensure that the terms we apply to our services are just and fair our Terms of Purchase are governed by UK legislation. The Terms of Use for our Site and our Privacy Statement can be found on separate pages and you should refer to those as they set out important information about the way we use and store your data.

On successful competition of your purchase, you will be sent a copy of these terms along with your login information. Should you have any problems with logging in please email us, placing ‘Tech Query’ in the subject field and send your email to [email protected] 

Should we need to make any amendments to these terms during the course of this programme you will be notified as soon as possible by email and provided with as much notice as is available.

It is always our aim that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. Should you have any questions about your purchase we will be happy to assist.

  1. The Programme
  • You are purchasing entry onto a group training programme for business owners, the content of which will be delivered electronically via Kajabi and via group coaching sessions.
  • The programme is designed to help business owners create a successful business strategy which will allow you to attract your ideal clients without investing large sums of money into advertising and without complicated technology systems.
  • The strategy and guidance is delivered over a number of months and therefore it is not guaranteed that you will achieve instant success. A number of the strategies require implementation and time will be required to allow for this. We cannot guarantee results or outcomes of any kind.
  • Within this programme you will get:
    • Access to training material hosted on Kajabi;
    • Access to a private Facebook Group to allow for celebrating and connecting;
    • Regular coaching calls with Jasmin Manke or guest experts, recordings will be provided for those unable to attend live.

 

  1. Course Content and Delivery
  • The course content is provided via a third-party digital platform hosted by Kajabi. You will have access to this content for the duration of your membership and any updates provided whilst you are a member.
  • Aside from any bonus features which are listed within this agreement, the purchase of this product does not entitle you to any additional services or products from Jasmin Manke LLC. This includes but is not limited to: email support, Voxer coaching, direct messaging support, 1:1 sessions or other online courses. These services are available from Jasmin Manke LLC at an additional cost.
  • You will have access to a private members’ group on Facebook. Jasmin Manke LLC make no guarantees that Facebook will be available to you at any given time.
  • Participants are requested to keep the content of any personal or business information disclosed within the group confidential. Jasmin Manke LLC are not responsible for any third-party disclosures.
  • All participants are requested to be kind and courteous to others in the group at all times. Jasmin Manke believes that every entrepreneur should be encouraged to grow and develop in a positive way. At all times conduct of participants must avoid harmful or blame type behaviour. Jasmin Manke LLC reserve the right to remove any participant from the group immediately should they consider that there has been inappropriate behaviour. Jasmin Manke LLC do not tolerate bullying, racism or sexism of any kind.
  • The Confident Boss course has a minimum three-month term following which you will continue to receive support for a monthly fee.

 

  1. Course Materials
  • The intellectual property rights for all course materials are confidential and are retained by Jasmin Manke LLC. In purchasing this course, you are granted permission to use the course materials in line with these terms and conditions.
  • The reproduction, distribution, and/or sale of any information or materials provided is strictly prohibited.
  • Please be advised that we reserve all rights to our intellectual property in respect of digital and live training. This means that whilst you are free to use the material or print out a copy you are not permitted to copy, distribute, adapt, edit or share our products with third parties.

 

  1. Payment
  • The membership is £444 per month, with a minimum period of 6 months. After which it goes to a one month rolling contract. 
  • By joining The Confident Boss Academy the client agrees to a 6 month minimum commitment (£2,664) unless paid in full for the year (£4,444).
  • The additional sums associated with the payment by installment option do not represent a penalty fee but represent the additional costs associated with and to be incurred by Jasmin Manke LLC in managing the installment option.
  • Payment for the programme should be made via PayPal or Stripe.
  • The first payment is due at the time of purchase. The subsequent payments will be taken at monthly intervals via PayPal or Stripe.
  • As you will have access to the digital course content immediately after signing up, the course is non-refundable.
  • Should you wish to terminate your rolling monthly support you must give 30 days’ notice in advance of seeking to terminate the support. If less than 30 days’ is available before your next payment, the next payment will be taken and you will still continue to receive support and access to resources for the remaining 30 days following your payment.

 

  1. Refund and Cancellation Rights
  2. As you will receive instant access to digital course content you will not be entitled to a receive a refund within the first 14 days of purchasing so do check these terms in full to ensure yourself that you are purchasing the correct programme to meet your needs. Your other statutory rights to a refund remain in place in the usual way.
  3. This course is a minimum three-month investment. Due to the digital nature of the course delivery and the instant access to the course materials, whilst you can cancel your place in the course no refund will be offered.
  4. Notwithstanding the above, it is important to us that you are aware that as you are joining this course in your capacity as a business owner consumer legislation does not apply and you will not be entitled to a refund within the first 14 days of purchasing if you change your mind for any reason. Please ensure that you are sure that this course is right for you before purchasing.
  5. We reserve all rights to cancel the course delivery for any reason without prior notice. In such circumstance a refund will be provided for the remainder of that month as applicable.

 

  1. Warranties, Disclaimers and Liabilities

 

  1. It is important that you are aware that this course is only available to business owners. This course is not suitable for general consumers and any service provision is granted to you in your capacity as a business owner.
  2. The information provided within the course is designed to support you to grow your business and create a marketing strategy. We cannot guarantee any specific results.
  3. In promoting this course we may utilise testimonials and affiliate marketing from prior clients. All testimonials have been given freely and represent each individual’s own opinion.
  4. All participants should be aware that the weekly training sessions shall be recorded and the recordings stored and made available for viewing by other participants in the course. Any recordings shall be stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  5. We make no guarantees or claims as to the success of any participant. Each individual is unique and their business and processes are unique to them.
  6. We have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity. Our liability for any losses you suffer as a result of us breaking these terms is limited to the purchase price of the programme and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us breaking these terms. Losses are foreseeable if they are an obvious consequence of a breach or they were contemplated by you and us at the time the purchase was made.
  7. No content within this programme should be construed as medical, legal or financial advice. Should you require advice you must see a third-party professional.
  8. We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability:
  1. For death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
  2. For breach of the terms implied by sections 12 to 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979;
  3. For fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
  4. For any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.

 

  1. Law and Jurisdiction

 

  1. These terms and any claim or dispute arising in relation to any purchase will be governed by English law. You and we agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such claim or dispute.
